Mining

Greentree Land Management specializes in procuring mining permits for fill dirt and construction sand operations. While geologic formation limits where they are feasible, mines can be a great way to add value to your portfolio as well as add substance and differentiate habitat on your property. Once finished, most mines are left as ponds that can be managed for largemouth bass and sunfish, or even as a waterfowl impoundment.

Impoundment Management

Tidal, riverine, and upland impoundments are engrained in the history and landscape of the lowcountry. These unique landforms are one of the most productive ecosystems documented within the lowcountry and require various permits and constant management to keep them in functioning condition. Greentree Land Management specializes in the management, establishment, maintenance and repair of such impoundments.
